RETURNS

To return your item(s), please follow the instructions below. Upon receiving your return, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. If you're returning an item from outside the United States, or would prefer to use an alternate shipping method to send your return back to us at your cost, please ship your package to this address:

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fill out the Return Form that came in the original box.
  • Place the garment and completed Return Form in the box.
  • Cut out the USPS return label on the packing slip and tape it to the box.*
  • Drop off your package at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox, post office, or visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.

*Please note we do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.



SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

We offer free ground shipping and free returns on all orders within the continental United States or to APO/FPO addresses. Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available.


For orders with upgraded shipping, orders placed before 9:45 AM PST will be shipped 1 Day or 2 Day air on the same day. Orders placed after 9:45 AM will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are M - F and exclude United States federal holidays.

ORDERING

  • 1) How do I know if an item is available for shipment, back-ordered or sold out?

    Items that are available for shipment or backorder can be selected and added to your cart. When you add an item that is on backorder to your cart, a red message will pop up with the date that your product will ship. If no message pops up, the item is in stock and will ship immediately. If you are trying to select an item that is grayed out and can’t be added to your cart, that item is sold out and unavailable for shipment or backorder.

  • 2) Can I change an order after it's been placed?

    We process orders quickly, but will do our best to accommodate any changes you'd like to make. The best way to do that is to contact our service team by phone at 415-529-2429 from 9-5 PST, M-F or by email at service@american-giant.com.

  • 3) Can I use multiple coupon codes on one order?

    Unfortunately only one coupon code can be applied to an order at a time. This includes the coupon codes earned through the refer-a-friend program.


  • SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • 1) Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, but we currently only ship to the following: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, UK, Ireland, Mexico, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • 2) Do you ship delivered duties paid?

    We ship delivered duties paid to the following: Canada, New Zealand, Australia, all EU Countries, and the UK.

  • 3) What's your return policy?

    We don't want you to have anything American Giant that you aren't completely satisfied with. If you'd like to send something back to us any time, for any reason, please follow the return instructions. We'll completely refund your original form of payment (excluding shipping charges) when we receive the return.

  • 4) What’s your exchange policy?

    We don't process direct exchanges, and ask that if you'd like a replacement you follow our return instructions and reorder directly through our website as a separate transaction. We'll completely refund your original form of payment (excluding shipping charges) when we receive the return. If you're returning a gift and would like store credit instead of a refund to the original form of payment, please fill out the return form accordingly. Contact Customer Service with any questions.


  • SIZING AND PRODUCT

  • 1) How do I figure out what size is best for me?

    We include a size chart on each product page that serves as a basic guide. Our garments run relatively true to size but are designed to be fitted as opposed to baggy. If you have any sizing questions please contact our service team by phone at 415-529-2429 or by email at service@american-giant.com and they'll help you find the right size.

  • 2) How do I wash my AG products?

    We recommend machine wash cold and tumble dry low with like colors. If you have any specific questions or concerns please contact our service team by phone at 415-529-2429 or by email at service@american-giant.com.

  • 3) Will my AG garments shrink in the wash?

    All of our garments are pre-washed, 100% cotton. Shrinking should be minimal.

  • 1) When was AG founded?

    American Giant was founded in 2011, and officially launched February 1st, 2012.

  • 2) Where are your factories?

    We work with factories located in Northern California, LA and North Carolina.

  • 3) Do you have wholesale accounts?

    We don't, however, we do offer corporate discounts in some cases. Please contact corporatesales@american-giant.com for more details.

  • 4) Do you have any retail stores?

    We don't have any retail stores, with the exception of the small space housed in our office in San Francisco. Please stop by! We’re at 161 Natoma St., and are around from 9-5 PST, M-F. Please call (415) 529-2430 with any questions.
