They said we couldn’t make yarn-dyed flannel here anymore. We ignored them.

Yarn-dyed flannel hasn't been made in America for 40 years. But we knew that with enough determination, we could bring it back. After months of failures, stumbles, samples, and revisions, we finally developed what we were looking for: a 100% cotton custom flannel, made in the USA. With our Frontier Flannel, this iconic American garment has come back home.

Bringing it back home

In close collaboration with Cotswold Industries in Clemson, South Carolina, we spent over a year developing our flannel and getting the process just right. The yarn is dyed and woven together, and then the fabric is double-napped for softness.

The result: a 100% cotton custom flannel, incredibly soft to the touch, but durable enough for years to come. Woven into three classic plaid patterns.

The Frontier Flannel takes its shape in Philadelphia, where it’s cut and sewn. A classic, versatile fit finished with premium details: matte-finished buttons, sleeve placket, curved hem. For men and women.
