Heavyweight Fleece

Knit in Clover, South Carolina

The fabric that started it all, knit at Clover Knits and finished at Carolina Cotton Works of Gaffney, South Carolina. We worked closely with our suppliers to create the 100% cotton fabric for our first product, the Classic Full Zip. Developing the fabric domestically took over a year, as we worked to find the right gauge knitting machines. But it was worth it because unlike synthetics, it offers a warm and dry hand feel and stands up to wear with style. 13.1 oz per square yard, with a durable exterior and an interior that’s napped for softness.

Ponte

Knit in Los Angeles, California

When we looked at the women’s leggings on the market, we weren’t impressed. We wanted to do better, and that led us to develop the Pant Collection and its ponte fabric. We worked with Texollini of Los Angeles, California to create a custom-finished ponte that’s opaque, supportive, and comfortable all day. Plenty of stretch but holds its shape and never constricts. It’s the stretch pant, reinvented. 9.8 oz per square yard and made with 54% pro modal, 40% nylon, and 6% spandex.

Premium Slub

Knit in Clover, South Carolina

We spent over six months developing our premium cotton slub, looking for T fabric with a more elevated look. Our 100% cotton slub has a slightly raised texture caused by variations in the yarn, and the result is a more textured feel. It’s super soft, but weighty enough to hold its shape and drape perfectly. Constructed to prevent torquing and stretching. Custom developed with two unique weights: 6.6 oz per square yard for men, and 6.1 oz per square yard for women.

Dakota Denim

Woven in Trion, Georgia

Custom developed with Mount Vernon Mills of Trion, Georgia, one of America’s last great denim producers.
