They said we couldn’t make yarn-dyed flannel here anymore.
We ignored them.

Yarn-dyed flannel hasn't been made in America for 40 years. But we knew that with enough determination, we could bring it back. After months of failures, stumbles, samples, and revisions, we finally developed what we were looking for: a 100% cotton custom flannel, made in the USA. With our Frontier Flannel, this iconic American garment has come back home.

An Iconic American Garment

Bringing it back home

How we make it

In close collaboration with Cotswold Industries in Clemson, South Carolina, we spent over a year developing our flannel and getting the process just right. The yarn is dyed and woven together, and then the fabric is double-napped for softness.

Fabric facts

The result: a 100% cotton custom flannel, incredibly soft to the touch, but durable enough for years to come. Woven into three classic plaid patterns.

The perfect fit

The Frontier Flannel takes its shape in Philadelphia, where it’s cut and sewn. A classic, versatile fit finished with premium details: matte-finished buttons, sleeve placket, curved hem. For men and women.

The Greatest Hoodie Ever Made

Hard to Make, Easy to Wear

Five years ago, we set out to make another classic garment here in America: the hoodie. We spent eight months working with a former Apple engineer to build a better hoodie from the ground up. The end result is hard to make. So hard that many factories we approached told us it couldn't be done, not here in the USA. We were up for the challenge.

The result: our Classic Full Zip, made with pride in Middlesex, North Carolina. 100% cotton. Superior construction. Premium details. It's been called the "Greatest Hoodie Ever Made" for a reason.

Meet the Pant Collection

Building a better pant

When we looked at the leggings on the market today, we saw a lot of problems we knew we could solve. Narrow waistbands. See-through fabric. Didn't hold their shape. So, we made a better stretch pant with The Pant Collection.

Custom-developed ponte fabric that holds its shape all day, yet supports you and moves with you wash after wash. Five silhouettes meant to flatter every body type with curve-skimming coverage. Made in Los Angeles, California.
