In the role of Graphic Designer, you will support the Art Director in creating assets that will support American Giant marketing and brand initiatives. We are looking for someone who possesses the technical skills, attention to detail, desire and commitment to help accelerate American Giant’s growth through rapid development of ideas, testing and iteration.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Design and delivery of carousel pages, landing pages, and product pages
  • Design promotional and transactional emails
  • Design Facebook, Instagram and Display advertising creative units
  • Design of packaging, hangtags, on-product branding, and printed materials
  • Contribute to the design and layout of our seasonal printed catalog
  • Design in-store capsule and seasonal signage
  • Production support of signage for all in-store visuals and SF gallery
  • Manage and output all seasonal photo assets and coordination with photo retoucher
  • Minimal photo retouching as required
  • Support company needs and produce other creative assets as needed 
  • Participate in creative ideation and concepting


Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a Graphic Design related field
  • 1+ years equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
  • Good design sensibility
  • Keen awareness of brand identity and standards
  • Ability to ideate and iterate on concepts quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work within an established design framework
  • Solid understanding of color management
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while paying impeccable attention to detail 


Additional Qualifications:

  • Extensive use of computer (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Works well independently and in a team environment; self-starter
