In the role of Graphic Designer, you will support the Art Director in creating assets that will champion American Giant in marketing and brand initiatives. We are looking for someone who possesses the technical skills, attention to detail, desire and commitment to help accelerate American Giant’s growth through rapid development of ideas, testing and iteration.


The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the overall design and delivery of homepages, landing pages, product pages, and advertising channel assets
  • Responsible for the design of promotional and transactional emails
  • Responsible for the design, layout, and image preparation of seasonal printed catalog
  • Responsible for in-store capsule designs and signage
  • Responsible for the design and production of packaging, hangtags, on-product branding, and printed materials
  • Responsible for maintaining brand vision across channels and developing visuals for new web features/updates
  • Proactively contribute to creative ideation and concepting
  • Support company needs and produce other creative assets as needed 
  • Lead random creative projects that support the brand message
  • Minimal photo retouching as required, coordinate with retoucher for content when necessary


    • Bachelor or Associate degree in a Graphic Design related field
    • 3-4 years equivalent work experience
    • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (bonus: Sketch, Zeplin)
    • Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
    • Keen awareness of brand identity and standards
    • Ability to ideate and iterate on concepts quickly
    • Ability to work within an established design framework
    • Solid understanding of color management and CMYK conversion for print
    • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while paying impeccable attention to detail


    • Extensive use of computer (Google Docs, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Competent presentation skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Works well independently and in a team environment; self-starter
