POSITION OVERVIEW

As customer acquisition associate on the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns on paid social channels, primarily Facebook and Instagram. You will take over day-to-day optimization of existing campaigns as well as executing new evergreen and seasonal campaigns from the ground up.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Own campaign planning, launch, ongoing optimization and management on Facebook and Instagram while meeting CPA targets
  • Analyze performance and translate patterns and trends into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization and accelerate performance
  • Create ongoing experiments and communicate results with the rest of the team to help inform campaign strategy
  • Work closely with creative and agencies to develop, test, and optimize the channel creative strategy across video-, image-, and copy-based assets
  • Develop effective bid and budget optimization strategies, with a process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance
  • Serve as main point of contact for applicable vendor and agency partners, owning recurring status calls and meetings
  • Research and compile industry trends and competitive analysis to help inform marketing strategies

 

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree, exceptional analytical skills, 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with 1+ year dedicated to paid social
  • Understanding of full funnel marketing, with a focus on top-of-funnel prospecting but awareness of how each stage of the funnel impacts each other. Ability to segment and understand nuances between new customer acquisition versus re-engaging existing customers
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, ability to make bulk-edits from export/import a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Experience with SEM & Native Platforms (Outbrain and Taboola) a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
