You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. However, if you're currently unable to make a return due to COVID-19, please reach out to our customer support team at whenever you're ready, and we'll help you from there.

American Giant's retail locations and many in-person return bar locations are temporarily closed due to COVID-19. However, we are still accepting returns by mail. Please click "Start Your Return", enter your order number, and then select "Return by Mail."

  • Start your Gift Return online. You just need to provide the order number and billing or shipping zip code. If you don't have it, please contact Customer Service.
  • As soon as you return your order by mail or in-person, you'll receive an email with your store credit code.
If you're returning an item from outside the United States, please contact Shipping for returns from outside the United States are at your own cost.
  • All discounted items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Additionally, all pricing on items on these pages is final. Additional discounting can't be added retroactively after purchase.
  • Orders made with a gift card are not eligible for return via Happy Returns. Please contact for assistance.
Once your items have been processed at a Happy Returns Return Bar or dropped off in the mail, your refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you.

If you return an item(s) from an order that was purchased with a Visa gift card, be sure to keep the card information. We will credit the amount of the purchase back onto the Visa gift card. If the card or card information is lost, we cannot recover the refunded amount.
