Purchases from American Giant may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

There are three ways to return your item(s):

  • Return in person with Happy Returns: Bring the item(s) you wish to return to a Happy Returns Return Bar location near you. No receipt, return label, or shipping box necessary! You just need to provide your email address or order number, and your refund will be initiated immediately. You can go directly to a location or Start Your Return online.
  • Return via mail: Start by visiting our Returns Center. You can either print a shipping label and drop off at the carrier listed on the label, or you can still take your item(s) to a Happy Returns Return Bar to get your refund initiated immediately. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
  • Return in store: Visit any of our American Giant stores and provide your order number to get your refund initiated immediately.
  • If you would prefer to use an alternate shipping method, please contact service@american-giant.com.
  • Start your Gift Return online. You just need to provide the order number and billing or shipping zip code. If you don't have it, please contact Customer Service.
  • As soon as you return your order by mail or in-person, you'll receive an email with your store credit code.
If you're returning an item from outside the United States, please contact service@american-giant.com. Shipping for returns from outside the United States are at your own cost.
  • All discounted items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Additionally, all pricing on items on these pages is final. Additional discounting can't be added retroactively after purchase.
  • Orders made with a gift card are not eligible for return via Happy Returns. Please contact service@american-giant.com for assistance.
Once your items have been processed at a Happy Returns Return Bar or dropped off in the mail, your refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact service@american-giant.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you.

If you return an item(s) from an order that was purchased with a Visa gift card, be sure to keep the card information. We will credit the amount of the purchase back onto the Visa gift card. If the card or card information is lost, we cannot recover the refunded amount.

We offer a lifetime warranty for material defects and workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear. For questions on warranty claims please see our Lifetime Warranty page.
