Domestic Shipping

We offer 3 different shipping options:

  • Standard (free on orders $100+): 5 - 10 business days transit time
  • Expedited ($15): 2 - 5 business days transit time
  • Premium Shipping ($35): 1 - 2 business days transit time

Please note that our standard shipping is not date specific, although the majority of our standard shipments arrive within 2-4 business days after fulfillment. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be fulfilled on the next business day.

All online orders are sent from our third party fulfillment center in Atlanta, GA. Because of this we usually see shipments going to the Western U.S. take a bit longer than those going to the Eastern U.S. We recommend taking this into account when placing orders needed by a specific date.

Shipping Questions

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly! Orders placed prior to 2pm EST will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. For example, an order placed on Friday after 2pm EST will ship on the following Monday unless that is a holiday. Occasionally during peak periods such as sales and holiday shopping, it can take an extra day or so to pack and ship your order.

Yes, but we currently only ship to the following: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, UK, Ireland, Mexico, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Please see shipping rates above.

Some shipments may show intermittent departure and arrival scans as they move through the carrier network. Upon reaching the regional destination an estimated delivery date will be shown. If your shipment hasn’t arrived within 3 days of your delivery estimate, please reach out to us at service@american-giant.com

We ship delivered duties paid to the following: Canada, Australia, and Hong Kong.

Our Standard shipping option is available for P.O. Box delivery. Our expedited shipping utilizes UPS for final delivery which cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend shipping to a non-P.O. Box shipping address if expedited shipping is needed.

You can schedule a re-delivery with UPS. You can also pick the package up from one of their pickup locations.

Orders shipping to APO/DPO/FPO sites generally take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Because APO/DPO/FPO parcels are transported via an internal military carrier to overseas locations, normal transit times are increased, causing longer delivery windows.

We make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship. However, there may be instances from time to time when inventory is depleted. In these instances, you will receive an email notifying you of an item’s cancellation.
